岗位职责

Job responsibilities

1. 基于供应链年度战略部署，制定与实施制造部年度计划，达成安全、质量、交付、效率和制造费用等部门目标；Based on the annual strategic deployment of the supply chain, develop and implement the annual plan of the manufacturing department, and reach the departmental goals of safety, quality, delivery, efficiency and manufacturing costs;
2. 维护并完善生产日常管理体系，创建安全，干净整洁，有序的生产环境；Maintain and improve the daily management system of manufacturing to create a safe, clean and organized manufacturing environment
3. 结合供应链精益运营规划，制定并完成制造部门年度精益改进目标和重点项目，完善柔性生产单元，推进部门Kaizen 及全员金点子改善活动。Develop and complete the annual lean improvement goals and key projects for the manufacturing department, improve the flexible production cell, and promote departmental Kaizen and staff improvement activities;
4. 制定制造部年度费用预算，并日常监控费用花销，不断降低生产成本；Formulate the annual cost budget of the manufacturing department, and daily monitor the cost spending to continuously reduce production costs;
5. 对标业界数字化智能工厂，推进生产管理的数字化和工序作业的自动化建设；Benchmark the industry's digital smart factories, and promote the digitalization of production management and automation of process operations;
6. 培养一线操作人员技能，提升班组长业务管理能力，打造强执行力的卓越生产团队; Cultivate the skills of operators, improve the business management ability of team leaders, and build a strong execution of the excellent production team

任职要求：

1、大学本科及以上学历，工业工程、电子工程、机械自动化、质量管理相关专业优先；Bachelor degree or above, industrial engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical automation, quality management related majors are preferred;
2、5年以上制造行业生产管理经验，电子制造行业经验优先；More than 5 years of production management experience in manufacturing industry, electronics manufacturing industry experience is preferred;
3、熟悉质量分析工具、精益改进工具，有主导制造领域精益生产项目或6西格玛质量改进经验的优先；Familiar with quality analysis tools, lean improvement tools, have led the manufacturing field lean production projects or 6 sigma quality improvement experience is preferred
4、有管理过超过20人以上团队的工作经历；Working experience in managing a team of more than 20 people
