1. ERP Project Manager - Get Hired Fast

Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading ERP implementation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The ERP Project Manager will work closely with clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors to ensure the successful delivery of ERP solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end ERP implementation projects, including project planning, resource allocation, and budget management.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and milestones.
• Coordinate and lead project team meetings, status updates, and project reviews.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration between project team members, clients, and third-party vendors.
• Monitor project progress, performance, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Manage project budget, expenses, and invoicing.
• Provide post-implementation support and ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an ERP Project Manager or similar role, managing end-to-end ERP implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and business processes.
• Excellent project management skills, including project planning, resource management, and budget management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate project teams.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is a plus.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics is preferred.
