3D Visualizer and Graphic Artist (Architecture and Interior) 

Responsibilities:

• Possess with high level skill & 3D visuals for design proposal. 
• Experience in Fluid Modelling. Ex. NURBS Modelling 
• To support overall illustration to all projects as directed by Design team. 
• To manage and generate the production of 3D perspective drawings and colour rendering according to company standards and practice. 
• To coordinate the studio and ensure all deadlines and schedule are met. 
• To always brainstorm with designer and find a solution for better output of the perspective. 
• To prepare 3D perspective drawings and colour rendering within stipulated timeline. 
• To arrange and prepare conceptual drawings and illustrations. 
• To constantly improve 3D technique to be competitive with the market. 
• Able to handle high profile commercial / residential and related scope for presentation

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent. 
• Excellent skills in 3D Studio Max, Adobe PhotoShop, AutoCad 2D, Adobe Creative Suite, Revit Architecture, Vray, Lumion, Sketchup
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Able to do both architecture and interior design visualization 
• At least 5 years of working experience in an architecture firm.
• Possess own transport.
• Full Time position.
