Job Description 

• Manages scheduling and bookingS.
• Sends the daily and weekly schedule.
• Communicates any schedule changes.
• Completes and files paperwork.
• Orders equipment and supplies.
• Tracks spending and writes expense reports.
• Answers phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
• Delegates errands and tasks to production assistants.
• Collaborates with marketing, finance, and other departments.

Job Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Production Coordinator or similar role.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Ability to multitask.
• Prior experience in the film industry.
• Strong communication skills.
• Flexible work hours.
• Experience with administrative tasks.
• Relevant training and/or certifications as a Production Coordinator.
