Job Description 

• Lead and manage night shift production to meet daily/weekly targets.

• Coordinate with maintenance, quality control, and logistics for smooth operations.

• Monitor KPIs, including Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), downtime, and scrap rates.

• Implement corrective actions for delays, quality issues, or equipment failures.

• Supervise night shift staff, conduct performance reviews, training, and handle conflicts.

• Ensure products meet quality standards (ISO, GMP, OSHA compliance).

• Conduct root cause analysis for defects and oversee corrective actions.

• Maintain production records, safety audits, and compliance reports.

• Enforce safety policies, PPE usage, and emergency procedures.

• Implement Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives to reduce waste and improve efficiency.

• Prepare shift performance reports and ensure seamless handover between shifts.

• Collaborate with day shift management to align production goals.

Job Requirements

• Experience in reporting on key production metrics.
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP software.
