6583 - SMT Engineering Manager

Job Description 

• Lead and manage the SMT engineering team in daily operations and project execution.
• Oversee process development, optimization, and troubleshooting for SMT assembly lines.
• Ensure equipment maintenance, calibration, and downtime management to meet production targets.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in yield, quality, cost, and productivity.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for SMT processes.

Job Requirements 

• Bachelors degree in Engineering (Electronics, Mechanical, or related field).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in SMT processes, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of SMT equipment, technologies, and industry best practices.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
