Job Description:

• Lead and manage the production or material planning team to ensure timely delivery and optimal inventory levels.
  
• Develop, implement, and monitor master production schedules (MPS) and material requirement planning (MRP).
  
• Coordinate with procurement, production, warehouse, and sales departments to align planning with demand and capacity.
• Analyze capacity utilization, lead times, and production constraints to improve planning efficiency.
  
• Monitor KPIs such as on-time delivery, forecast accuracy, and inventory turnover.Drive continuous improvement initiatives in planning processes and systems.
• Prepare reports for management on planning status and potential risks or delays.
  

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field
  
• 5+ years experience in production/material planning, with 2+ years in a leadership role
  
• Strong knowledge of MRP/MPS, ERP systems, and planning tools
  
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
  
• Strong communication and coordination abilities across departments
  
• Ability to manage teams and work under pressure
  
• Experience in manufacturing or supply chain environment preferred
