Job Responsibilities:

• Source and procure raw materials, components, and equipment required for production.
• Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and contracts with suppliers to achieve cost savings and ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor stock levels and collaborate with production teams to forecast material needs.
• Evaluate supplier performance and establish strong relationships with key vendors.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure smooth delivery and storage of materials.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage supplier relationships.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management software.
