Job Description:

• Lead IT team to optimize infrastructure  for current and future business needs.
  
• Ensure smooth operation of end-user systems, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely support.
  
• Oversee monitoring, updates, configuration, and hardware maintenance to maintain system performance.
  
• Liaise with vendors to implement projects and services on time, within specifications and budget.
  
• Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and system manuals.
  
• Conduct system integration testing and support ERP/document management systems.
  
• Mentor and develop IT team skills, promoting effective teamwork aligned with business objectives.
  
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.
  

Requirements:

• At least Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field
  
• Minimum 8 years in manufacturing IT with ERP experience.
