Job Description:

• Oversee Materials Management, Purchasing, and Inventory Control for sites in Malaysia and Singapore.
• Formulate sourcing strategies, handle supplier relations, and lead materials planning to support operations.
• Manage demand forecasting, procurement activities, and inventory levels.
  
• Enhance supply chain performance through KPIs, supplier assessments, and cost-improvement programs.
  
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Finance to ensure material plans align with business objectives.
  
• Ensure adherence to quality, sustainability, and regulatory standards in both countries.
  
• Guide and develop a capable materials management team to strengthen organizational performance.
  
  

Requirements:

• At least Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering or related field.
• Minimun 10 years in materials/supply chain management (>5 years leadership) in contract manufacturing.
