Job Description:

• Plan and control raw material, components, and packaging material requirements based on production plans and customer forecast/ orders.
• Generate material requirements using SAP system and ensure timely procurement to support uninterrupted production.
• Monitor inventory levels to maintain optimum stock and avoid shortages or excess inventory.
• Coordinate with the buyer to provide material delivery schedule and ensure on-time delivery of materials.
• Track material consumption and identify variances between planned and actual usage.
• Manage material master data, lead times, safety stock levels, and reorder points in ERP systems.
• Support cost-control initiatives through inventory optimization and waste reduction.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years experience in material planning or customer service in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of MRP and inventory control using ERP systems such as SAP ERP.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis.
• Good communication and coordination skills with customers and internal teams.
• Able to analyze material shortages and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
