Job Description:

• Lead and manage overall IT operations, infrastructure, networks, servers, and business applications.
• Oversee ERP systems (SAP preferred), system integrations, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Ensure cybersecurity, data protection, backup, disaster recovery, and IT compliance.
• Support manufacturing and plant operations through reliable IT systems and process automation.
• Manage IT projects, budgets, vendors, software licenses, and technology investments.
• Lead and develop the IT team while providing technical guidance and user support.
• Drive continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and technology modernization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 8–12 years of IT experience with 3–5 years in an IT leadership/managerial role.
• Strong experience in ERP (SAP), infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, and project management.
• Manufacturing, chemical, FMCG, or process industry experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
