Job Description:

• Lead the setup, commissioning, and daily operations of the Johor Bahru plant, ensuring alignment with Group standards, SOPs, and operational excellence.
• Oversee plant operations, including workforce management, equipment installation, production, quality, maintenance, inventory, logistics, and sustainability initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian regulations, manage external stakeholders, and provide operational reporting while collaborating closely with Singapore based leadership

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field, with 7–10 years of manufacturing experience.
• Proven experience in plant setup, production operations, quality, safety, continuous improvement, and leading operational teams.
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English, with the ability to coordinate with Singapore stakeholders and commute to Singapore during the initial training phase.
