6851 - CNC Maintenance Technician

Company Overview:

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on CNC machines and related equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and control system issues.
• Conduct machine calibration, precision adjustments, and accuracy testing.
• Inspect and adjust machine components to ensure equipment reliability.
• Carry out preventive maintenance, maintain records, and ensure compliance with safety and 5S standards.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in CNC machine maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting.
• Able to perform CNC machine precision calibration and accuracy adjustments.
• Knowledge of CNC mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and control systems.
• Familiarity with CNC controllers is an added advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
