Job Description:

• Develop sales strategies and identify new business opportunities for injection molding machines and automation solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including customer engagement, quotations, negotiations, and closing deals.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, distributors, and business partners.
• Provide technical consultation and coordinate with engineering and service teams to meet customer requirements.
• Conduct market research, prepare sales forecasts, and participate in exhibitions and business development activities.

Requirements:

• Mandarin speaker.
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or customer relationship management.
• Knowledge of injection molding machines, industrial machinery, or the plastics industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Able to work independently and willing to travel frequently.
