1) Candidate must posses at least SPM or Diploma or professional in related field.
2) At least 1 year working experience in related field is required in this position.
3) Required Skills – Good oral and written communication skill in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
4) In charge on accounting, administration, operational and management handling
5) Handling confidential documents,. correspondences, records and maintaining an organized filing for smooth data retrieving.
6) Administrative & accounting related works , clerical works , daily legal firm tasks.
7) Detailed oriental individual.
8) Maintain a systematic filing system and safe keeping of important documents.
9) Handling day to day accounting activities and office administration works.
10) Perform all banking related duties.
11) Supervise and daily transaction updated into the system.
12) Coordinate the issue of quotations and general administration tasks.
13) Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
14) Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
15) Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence
