Job Requirements (Account Assistant)
Job Responsibility
• To implement policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the integrated management system.
• To prepare payment/ cheque and other related documents.
• To carry out daily collection and issuance of official receipts, bank-in and collection report.
• To carry out bank reconciliation, data entry, updating records and maintaining of accounting records.
• To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior.
• Preparation of weekly or monthly reports, statutory financial statements, and consolidated accounts.
• To ensure proper filing of records and documents are maintained
• Data entry for supplier’s purchase orders / invoices and other related documents.
• Monitor Weekly Debtor payment.
