Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain accurate customer records, update contact information, and communicate with clients.
2. Process customer orders, coordinate with internal teams, and track delivery status.
3. Generate and send invoices, monitor payments, and follow up on outstanding amounts.
4. Organize and maintain files related to customer accounts and correspondence.
5. Prepare regular reports on account activities and provide insights or recommendations.
6. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth account operations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional business administration education is a plus.
- Experience in administrative or customer service roles, preferably in account management or sales support.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a customer-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software or databases.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
- Professionalism and integrity in handling confidential information.
- Knowledge of sales or account management principles is an advantage.
