(Essential Duties) -Report to the Head of Administration and handle daily administrative tasks.-Manage money matters like tracking payments and processing payroll.-Create reports on sales and finances for the management team.-Work with auditors during financial checks.-Handle end-to-end sales transactions and coordinate with suppliers.-Communicate with courier services for shipment updates.-Keep track of stock and ensure it meets customer demand.-Help issue samples and oversee customs documents.-Make sure payment processes run smoothly. -Take on extra tasks as needed by the Head of Sales Administration. -Candidate should possess an SPM or equivalent in working experience.-Proficiency in Mandarin, English and and Bahasa Malaysia, is preferred for this position.-A basic understanding of inventory management software, such as Auto count, will be a plus for this position.-A full-time position is vacant in Selangor, Subang Jaya.
