- Ensure all general ledger transactions, bank reconciliation and schedule are done correctly and submitted for review in a timely manner.
- Record and process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Assist in preparation and data interpretation of management report, financial analysis, budgets and forecast.
- Liaise with external parties such as auditors, company secretaries, tax agents, LHDN, customs, EPF, SOSCO and relevant authorities.
- To handle day to day operations of accounting record & filling
- Manages inventory tracking system to record deliveries, shipments and stock levels.
- Evaluates deliveries, shipments and product levels to improve inventory control procedures.
- Analyses daily product and supply levels to anticipate inventory problems and shortages.
- Any other relevant duties as assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Possess a Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 2 years working experience in related field, knowledge and experience in accounting/auditing.
- Knowledge of warehouse management;
- In-depth knowledge of accounting and finance principles and procedures.
- Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
- Required Skill(s): MS Office, SQL Accounting System.
