Masverse is seeking an Accounts Administrator to oversee accounts payable and receivable. Responsibilities include reviewing and reconciling accounts, processing external payments, and maintaining accurate records of invoices and receipts. The ideal candidate should have a background in Finance or Accounting and be familiar with bookkeeping. The primary goal is to ensure accurate and timely processing of all financial transactions.Responsibilities:-Able to handle full set of accounts include GL, AP, AR, monthly reporting, statements of accounts.-To ensure proper maintenance of records, documents and filing to support all accounting entries.-To assist in monthly closing, journal adjustment, prepare closing report, assist in audit and tax matter.-To handle daily accounting functions and monthly closing activities including preparation and processing of month end journals-Responsible to produce and submission of accurate analyst reports (Profit and Loss, Budget, Cost Recovery, Billing/Collection and Cash Flow Status)-Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as invoicing, stock, cash float and other transactions-Attention to detail and accuracy-Good problem-solving, and time management skills-Mature and independent with good working attitude and able to work independently with minimum supervision under pressure, in a high volume and fast paced environment-Maintain good communication with all departments as well as customer-Provide support to the team and any other ad HOC duties as assigned. To succeed in this role, you should:-Candidate possesses at least an Advanced Diploma and/or Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy/Finance or equivalent qualification in Accountancy/Finance.-Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply. While experience is a plus, we are also eager to work with individuals who are willing to learn and ready to contribute to our dynamic work environment.-Good in Excel and Google Spreadsheet;-Preferably conversant in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) -Good interpersonal and communication skills;-Able to multi-task and work independently;-Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to details
