Account and Admin Executive - Positive Work Culture

Job Requirements:
1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or pursuing Professional Courses ACCA or equivalent.
2. Proficiency in SQL accounting software and Microsoft (MS) Office (MS Excel, MS Word and MS Powerpoint) and MS Teams.
3. Audit experience is an advantage.
4. Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply. 

Responsibilities
1. Handle full set of accounts, month-end closing and daily operations.
2. Perform account receivables functions, i.e. invoice and collection.
3. Perform account payables functions, i.e. payment vouchers.  
4. Liaise independently with auditors on annual audits and tax agents on the preparation of tax returns.
5. Provide administrative support during company events/ training courses etc.
6. Assist in compiling and analysing data/ statistical report.
