Account And Finance Executive

Job Responsibilities: 

• To handle full set of accounts of the company
•  To handle Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger functions which include monitoring credit control and aged collection
• Manage daily accounting & online banking administrative work.
• Assist in preparation of monthly financial or management reporting which includes profit and loss account, balance sheet in accordance with local accounting reporting standards, bank reconciliation, balance sheet reconciliation, cash flow statement, projection, and analysis.
• Track cash flow by monitoring bank balance for cash flow planning purposes
• To liaise with external auditor, tax agent for tax returns, GST, withholding tax, company secretary matter, the banker for financing facilities, government grant, online banking for Monthly contribution payment such as EPF, Socso, SIP, HRDF, and PCB.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.

Job Requirement: 

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking fields or equivalent
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Preferably Executive 
• Preferably Executive specializing in Finance – General/Cost accounting
• Required language(s): Tamil, English, Bahasa Malaysia to liaise with associates.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Basic Computer Knowledge
• Preferably Executive who specialized in Administrative Support or equivalent
• Possess own transport
• Can start work immediately
• Preferably (F)
