Account Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

• Handling of daily account operation activities and administrative tasks.
• Manage and monitor daily office operation.
• Conduct accounting duties, as assigned.
• To ensure all payment are on track and record accordingly.
• Ensure all accounting records and documents are properly filed and maintained.
• To assist coordinate the e-booking platforms and attend to customers 
• Perform ad-hoc tasks or duties assigned by superior.
• Creating positive office environment.

Job Requirements & Qualification:

• Candidate must possess at least SPM/"O" Level, Professional Certificate, LCCI, Diploma in Finance/Accountancy, hotel management or equivalent.
• Computer literate with good understanding and command Accounting software or system.
• Required language(s): Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal. Preferred Mandarin speaking candidates so that they can attend to customer who communicate in Mandarin.
• Good organization skill and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Able to work on shift, weekend and public holiday (5 days work per week, 8 hours per day, off day will be scheduled on weekdays)
• Able to start immediately or within short notice.

• 确保所有会计记录和文件均正确归档和维护。
• 协助协调电子预订平台并服务客户
• 执行上级分配的临时任务或职责。
• 营造积极的办公环境。
• 处理上级或管理层分配的任何其他临时职责或任务。
• 必须至少拥有 SPM/“O”水平、专业证书、LCCI、金融/会计文凭、酒店管理或同等学历。
• 精通电脑，能够很好地理解和掌握会计软件或系统。
• 良好的沟通和书写技巧。 精通华话、英语和马来语。 优先考虑精通华语的申请者以便可以接待以中文沟通的客户。
• 有进取心，积极主动，能够独立工作。
• 可以立即开始或在短时间内开始工作者将优先考虑。
