Handling of daily account operation activities and administrative tasks.
Manage and monitor daily office operation.
Conduct accounting duties, as assigned.
To ensure all payment are on track and record accordingly.
Ensure all accounting records and documents are properly filed and maintained.
To assist coordinate the e-booking platforms and attend to customers
Perform ad-hoc tasks or duties assigned by superior.
Creating positive office environment.
Job Requirements & Qualification:
Candidate must possess at least SPM/"O" Level, Professional Certificate, LCCI, Diploma in Finance/Accountancy, hotel management or equivalent.
Computer literate with good understanding and command Accounting software or system.
Required language(s): Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal. Preferred Mandarin speaking candidates so that they can attend to customer who communicate in Mandarin.
Good organization skill and ability to handle multiple tasks.
Able to work on shift, weekend and public holiday (5 days work per week, 8 hours per day, off day will be scheduled on weekdays)
