Job Responsibility:
- Liaise with tenant and landlord
- Collect monthly rental
- Check monthly electrical & water bill
- Arrange maintenance
- Prepare Tenancy Agreement
- Issue Invoice, Payment Voucher & Official Receipt
- Filling, Scanning, Printing
- Ensure all documents received are checked, validated and matched accordingly and maintain proper filing of documents
Job Requirement:
- Diploma / Degree in Business Administration/ Accounting or other related field
- Good command of written and spoken:
- Mandarin (preferable)
- English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Able to multitask
- Pro in Auto Count
- Fresh Graduate are welcome
- Require skill (s): MS Excel, MS words
- Full-time position available and able to start work immediately
- Working days: Monday to Friday, Saturday (Half- day)
