Job Description
- Manage the daily operations, including documents processing & data entry and handle full set of accounts.
- Ensure that all the full of accounts for the company is properly maintained.
- Check on petty cash returns from branches and issue reimbursement cheque.
- Check on staff expenses claim and input to staff claim template.
- Perform monthly bank statement reconciliation and resolve discrepancy if any.
- Prepare daily bank reconciliation report.
- Cash Flow management, budgetary review and control.
- To ensure timely payments to trade creditors and other third parties.
- To assist in auditing and taxation assignments.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Possess at least a Diploma in Accounting, Finance or related fields with professional qualifications.
- At least 2 years working experience in related field.
- Possess good knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures.
- Familiar with accounting standards, tax laws, and filling procedure.
- Excellent math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors.
- Advance level in MS Excel and good knowledge of accounting software.
- Organization and multi-tasking skills. Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
