Account Assistant Executive - Urgent

Job Description:

1. Perform account receivables functions i.e. collection and bank-in cheques process and update cash book accordingly.

2. Good communicate with sales team, prepare monthly / weekly sales aging list, review with sales team or outlets on outlets payment issues.

3. To handle daily operation of accounting record & filling 

4. Handle other general clerical duties

5. To perform any other assignment

Requirement:

1. Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM/Certificate/Diploma in LCCI/Accountancy or equivalent will be an added advantage.
2. Preferable with experience using SQL or similar accounting software.
3. Knowledge of administrative and accounting keeping
4. Familiar with sales report and sales records.
5. Computer literate is a must.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
7. At least 1 year or working experience in the related field is required.
