Account Assistant - Fast Hire

Located in the heart of George Town, Penang, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Sheng Fatt Motor serves as a one-stop center for motorbike sales, service, and spare parts.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, invoices, and other accounting documents.
• Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, such as data entry, recording transactions, and reconciling accounts.
• Assist in the processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Help maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements.
• Perform administrative duties, such as filing, answering phones, and responding to emails.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Previous experience in accounting or related field preferred.
• Proficient in SQL accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
