Job Description
- To assist in preparation of financial report and other related tasks with minimal supervision.
- Responsible for day-to-day accounting transactions including accounting data entries and any other related matters.
- Responsible for issuing invoices and monitor debtor collections.
- Able to liaise effectively with vendors on matters relating to accounts reconciliation and processing of payments.
- Maintain accurate and efficient filling system compliance with audit and statutory requirement.
- Preparation and reconciliation of inter-co billing and payment.
- To perform any other ad hoc duties as and when required.
- General clerk : to assist on daily operations works, filling, clerical works and data entry.
Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Accounting/Business Studies or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field.
- Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
- Required skill(s): Computer literate, Intermediate MS Excel skill and familiar with Autocount accounting will be added advantage.
- Able to communicate with all level of people.
- General clerk: at least SPM level and Ms Excel proficient.
