We are looking to hire a focused Account Assistant to join our fast-paced team at Hyperwave Systems Engineering Sdn Bhd in Puchong, Selangor.

Job Descriptions:

- To maintain Account Receivables and Accounts Payable.

- To preview transactions and documentation for compliance.

- Responsible for Journal entries and general ledger entries and preparation of final account for month end closing.

- Assist in daily accounting transactions.

- To check invoices, bills, vouchers, or documents for corrections before entering them into records.

- To assist in daily office administrative task which includes documentation, filing, correspondences, coordinating, and following up on pending matters.

- Responsible for any assigned general administrative job.

- Process monthly payroll for clients including generating payroll report, e-payslip from payroll system,transfer salaries and statutory payments via online banking.

- Validate all payroll supporting data and documents to be accurate and truthful and ensure all payments and deductions are correctly updated into the payroll system.

- Liaising with all government bodies, i.e IRB, EPF, SOCSO & Jabatan Tenaga Kerja to ensure compliance to statutory laws and regulations.

- To assist in any other task as and when required by Manager.

 

 

Requirements

- Strong computer skills and familiar with  Microsoft Office and AutoCount software

- Familiar with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and Word

- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and Ability to prioritize and manage tasks efficiently and independently

- Ability to work well under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines

- Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia/Melayu

- Possess a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work as part of a team

- Able to join immediately

-Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
-Basic Accounting knowledge 
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Display a positive attitude and professional demeanor with staff, vendors and clients.
-  Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience

-  Min LCCI / Diploma in Accounting or related qualifications.
