- Handle Accounts Payable /Accounts Receivable 处理应付账款/应收账款
- Process for trade and non trade invoices, monthly staff claims and petty cash reimbursement 处理贸易和非贸易发票、月度员工报销和小额现金报销
- Process for payment, BT/TR loan application 处理付款、银行转账/信托贷款申请
- Preparation of monthly bank, creditors reconciliation, creditors and debtors aging reports 准备月度银行对账、债权人对账、债权人和债务人报告
- Generate official receipts, issue debit note and credit note 生成正式收据，开具借项通知和贷项通知
- Assists in report generation, to ensure timely submission of reports and input for month end/ year end closing for management review 协助生成报告，确保按时提交报告并为管理层月末/年末结算提供输入
- Responsible for online applications of various industry licenses 负责各项行业执照网上申请
- Perform any ad hoc duties assigned by superior 执行上级分配的任何临时任务
What you will need for this role:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.候选人必须至少拥有财务/会计/银行或相关专业的大专/高级/高等/研究生文凭、学士学位/研究生文凭/专业学位或同等学历
- 1 year of working experience in the related position or fresh graduate 至少有1年相关职位的工作经验或者毕业生
- Responsible and reliable, able to work independently and meet deadline 负责且可靠，能够独立工作并按时完成任务
