Penerangan Pekerjaan - Account Assistant (Pembantu Akaun)

The Employer

Our Client is a leading and growing law firm that has consistently been ranked among the legal 500 in the Asia Pacific region. Based in the heart of the Kuala Lumpur commercial centre, they are now looking to hire a mature, possibly retired, candidate for the role of Account Assistant.

Responsibilities include:

Support the daily finance operations for the Dispute Resolution Department and the Penang branch;

Assist in file opening, e-invoicing, issuance of receipts, processing of payments from clientsâ accounts and office accounts and bank reconciliations;

Any other tasks as and when assigned from time to time.

Requirements

Minimum Degree / Diploma in Accounting or equivalent;

Preferable to have at least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in related field;

IT savvy and familiar with use of accounting software;

Computer literate (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Powerpoint);

Good working attitude with good communication skills, able to multi-task, responsible, discipline and fast learner;
