We are hiring a strategic Account Assistant to join our high calibre team at TLKS PROJECT MANAGEMENT SDN. BHD. in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm

Location

C-13-03, 3 Two Square, Dataran 3 Dua, Jalan 19/1, 46300 Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in bookkeeping and accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
  • Knowledge of accounting software such as Xero, AutoCount and SQL is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).
  • Ability to work independently, under pressure, in a multitasking environment, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, meticulousness, and professionalism.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage clients' bookkeeping such as data entry, bank reconciliation, preparing monthly financial statements, etc.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to gather necessary information and resolve any issues.
  • Provide timely and accurate financial reports to clients.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling clients' financial information.
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality bookkeeping services.
  • Handle clients' human resources, including payroll calculations, leave records, etc.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, bankers, government agencies, clients, etc when necessary.
  • Perform office administrative tasks including photocopying, filing, scanning, etc.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by the superior from time to time.
