Requirement
- Malaysian 19 years old and above
- Possess minimum Diploma in Accounting/ Finance or Bachelor Degree in Account/ Finance
- Possess own transportation with active driving license
- Minimum 1 - 3 years working experience in related field
- Prior experience in other account/finance operations and knowledge will be added value
- Profession in Excel and other reporting writing tool
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills both written and verbal
Job Description
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks
- Process invoices, payments, and receipts
- Maintain accurate financial records and databases
- Assist with reconciling bank statements and accounts
- Prepare financial reports and summaries
- Handle inquiries from clients, vendors, and internal staff
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
- Support the accounting team with administrative tasks
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial operations
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or managers
