We are searching for a diligent Account Assistant to join our innovative team at Wellness Concept (M) Sdn Bhd in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

Job Description:

As an Account Assistant, you will be an integral part of our finance team, responsible for managing financial transactions, overseeing accounts payable and receivable activities, and providing support in various administrative tasks. Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to communicate effectively will be crucial in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial and administrative operations.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies.
  • Prepare financial reports and statements for management review.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
  • Provide support during audits and financial reviews.
  • Assist in the implementation of financial systems and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Assist in general administrative tasks as & when required.
  • Facilitate communication with Chinese suppliers in Mandarin for coordinating orders & payment.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven experience in accounting or finance roles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards is an added advantage.
