Qualifications & experience
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accounting/Banking/Pre U/Professional Certificate or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates / Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
- At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field.
- Candidates are willing to learn, trustworthy and self motivated.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Computer literacy (M. Word, Excel, UBS & etc.).
- 5 working days per week.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Issue invoice and prepare letter to relevant parties.
- Ensure proper documentation and maintain systematic filing system of the Company’s day to day accounting
transactions.
- Check invoices and follow up on outstanding invoices on a timely basis.
- Any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned from time to time.
