Account Assistant - Urgent Hire

Company Profile:

We are a dynamic and growing company in the cafe industry seeking a motivated individual to join our finance team as an Account Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate or someone with entry-level accounting experience to develop their skills in a fast-paced and exciting industry.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage accounts for multiple companies within the cafe industry.
2. Generate and process sales invoices, purchase invoices, payment vouchers, and official receipts accurately and in a timely manner.
3. Assist in responding to audit inquiries, providing necessary documentation, and supporting audit processes.
4. Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by superiors or the management team, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to tasks.

Qualifications:

1. Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
2. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
3. Good organizational and time management skills.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
7. Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges in a dynamic environment.
