We are a dynamic and growing company in the cafe industry seeking a motivated individual to join our finance team as an Account Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate or someone with entry-level accounting experience to develop their skills in a fast-paced and exciting industry.
Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts for multiple companies within the cafe industry.
- Generate and process sales invoices, purchase invoices, payment vouchers, and official receipts accurately and in a timely manner.
- Assist in responding to audit inquiries, providing necessary documentation, and supporting audit processes.
- Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by superiors or the management team, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to tasks.
Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
