DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Preparation of monthly and annual financial reports to include cash flow statements. Submission date –on the 20th of each month.
- Assist in analytical review and writing of reports on financial statements.
- Oversee hotel credit policies including all follow up with lawyers on legal proceedings
- Oversee credit control including in house guest control
- Preparation of yearly budget
- Preparation of annual cash flow forecast
- Control of stock take
- Collate information ,conduct research and survey to assist in upgrading accounting system as and when required
- To ensure that the hotel overall cashiering and accounts are operated with effectiveness and efficiency
- Deputies to conduct areas of training which include restaurant and front office night audit, restaurant ,front office and car park cashiering
- To liaise with appropriate government departments and auditors.
- Assist in developing solution to a variety of problems requiring use and techniques, including guest relations.
- Attend management, inter hotel credit and business meetings.
