Penerangan Pekerjaan - Account cum Admin Assistant

Red Ant Technology Sdn Bhd (www.redant.my) excels in bespoke software development, creating customized web and mobile solutions for enterprises throughout Malaysia and Singapore, with deployments across the entire Asia-Pacific region. In addition to our tailored services, we offer proprietary products such as Leaf CRM and rewards and loyalty solutions.

We are currently seeking a Business Administration Specialist adept at handling multifaceted administrative tasks across Accounting and General Administration. This role is pivotal in ensuring our office operates seamlessly and efficiently.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all accounting related and operational day to day activities and ensures account are up-to-date at all times
  • Perform data entry, update, and maintain accounting journals
  • Monitor and track recurring revenue streams and manage billing processes to ensure timely and accurate invoicing of clients
  • Responsible for overall filing of accounts related documents and maintenance of records functions are performed
  • Consolidate and process staff claims monthly, ensuring all expenses are accounted for and reimbursed accurately.
  • Responsible for office administrative tasks including all forms of office communication, managing telephone calls, and coordinate the dispatch of materials.
  • Manage the filing of documents in both physical and digital forms to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
  • Ensure timely and accurate report submission
  • Compile, enter, and manage critical data, preparing regular reports to track business and operational progress
  • Maintain database files such as employee records and tracking of allocation of company provided devices and ensure proper reporting capabilities are developed
  • Support and perform payroll processing when necessary

 

Job Requirement:

  • Preferably with 3 years prior experience in similar role
  • Retirees with relevant experience are welcome to apply.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent communication skills are must, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with oOice management procedures and basic accounting principles.
  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, HR, or related field preferred.
