Penerangan Pekerjaan - Account cum Admin Assistant - Professional Development Opportunities

We are in need of a resourceful Account cum Admin Assistant to join our high calibre team at IT Essentials Sdn Bhd in Bandar Puteri Puchong, Selangor.

Qualifications & experience

•             Candidate must possess at least SPM/LCCI. Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply

•             Proficient in computer and Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)

•              Experienced in accounting software such as QnE Accounting Software will be added advantage

•             Strong oral communication skills (English, Bahasa Malaysia) and Mandarin and/or Cantonese will be added advantage.

•             Able to work well in a team to meet deadlines and with minimum supervision

•             Positive attitude towards work and  learning new skillset

 

Tasks & responsibilities

•             Punctual, reliable and time management

•             Handling documentation, data entry & administrative support to the department/supervisor

•             Operation arrangement & communication with internal & external parties

•             Attend to incoming calls & WhatsApp; take messages, respond appropriately

•             Maintain filing documents for record keeping

•             To assist in handling of basic accounting work

•             To keep our accounts control listing and records sheet updated.

•            Maintain filing and record keeping of document up to date

•             To liaise and communicate related tasks with suppliers

•             To undertake ad hoc work as assigned by the supervisor from time to time. Able to complete tasks given with minimal supervision
