- Daily account operation , documentary & data entry
- Dealing with banker, lawyer, secretary, auditor and tax agent.
- Assist with IRB, EPF & SOCSO audits
- To manage the filling system and to ensure constant improvement to ensure all account’s record are proper
- Operate SQL Payroll/other's software - salary calculation, SOCSO, EPF, PCB
- Handle payroll and tax related matters
- Perform yearly tax processes including E Filling & EA form preparation
- Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely
- Handle administrative Ad-hoc tasks
Requirements :
- Proficient in programs including SQL Accounting Software, Excel and Word (advantage)
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience in similar position with at least Diploma certification is preferred
- SQL Payroll & Accounting knowledge and practice is a MUST is a preferred.
- Analytical, resourceful, organized, meticulous, responsible, excellent problem-solving skills and committed to meeting deadlines
- Able to converse in Mandarin as we deal with mandarin speaking clients
- Able to sensitively manage confidential information
- Highly organized and able to multi-task effectively
- Able start work immediately or within short notice period
