Job Roles
- Managing financial records
- Preparing financial reports
- Processing invoices and payments
- Handling accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Reconciling bank statements
- Assisting with budget preparation and monitoring
- Processing payroll and employee expenses
- Managing office supplies and warehouse inventory
- Handling correspondence and documentation
- Maintaining filing systems and databases
- Assisting with HR tasks such as employee onboarding and offboarding
- Providing general administrative support to the team or department.
- Order processing and arranging deliveries.
- Other administration work assigned from time to time by Superior.
- Daily document management and filling
Requirements
- At least SPM/Diploma/Degree holder
- Energetic, healthy and willing to learn
- Proficiency in accounting principles and practices, including knowledge of financial statements, bookkeeping, and budgeting.
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills are important for handling administrative tasks effectively.
- Able to use Microsoft office
- Great team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Proactive and resourceful in problem solving
