Job Description:
- Manage all accounting transactions and ensure timely bank payments
- Prepare budget forecasts and publish financial statements in time
- Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable, reconciling the company’s bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers
- Compute taxes and prepare tax returns, filing and remitting taxes and other financial obligations
- Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements as well as report on the company’s financial health and liquidity
- Audit financial transactions and documents
- Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries regarding phone or mobile phone services, billing concerns or promo packages
- Ensure all calls are logged in the system for proper monitoring and closure
- Attend customer enquiry and process order and delivery
- Responsible for provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office, handle daily account and administration duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, dairy administration work, any office task and etc.
- To purchase office supplies, arrange deliveries, and running other errands as needed.
- To handle ad-hoc task as required / any others duties when as assigned. Other administrative and clerical tasks as instructed.

Requirements:
- FRESH GRADUATE is encourage to apply, as Training is provided.
- Good communication and writing in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia, Fluency in Mandarin / Cantonese language is Needed as the role requires the candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking client.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
