Job Requirements
- Familiar with Microsoft (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Required language(s): Malay, English must possess trilingual ability (Both written and spoken, Chinese
- Candidate must possess at least SPM
- 5 working days a week (9am to 6pm)
- Preferably can start working immediately
- Be flexibility in accepting the tasks and responsibility for the position
- Basic Accounting Knowledge
- Familiarity with Accounting Software (SQL)
- Ability to work independently
Job Responsibility
- Responsible in day-to-day administrative work
- Reconciling the company’s bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers
- Managing income and expenditure accounts (Invoice, Payment Voucher and etc)
- Filing and remitting taxes and other financial obligations
- Support general office operation and adhoc tasks
- A bachelor’s degree in accounting, economics, finance, or a similar major is required
