Job Description:
Handle HR related matters
· Record and maintain leave management (including attendance), sub con commission etc.
· Sort and process staff claims
· Handle onboarding & offboarding process
· Calculate staff salary
· Assist ad-hoc HR tasks as assigned
Job Requirement:
· Diploma /Degree in Accounting or equivalent
· Minimum 3 years’ accounting experience
· Must be good in MS Office Excel
· Able to communicate, read and write in English and BC
· Can be independent and with team player spirit
· Great at time and task management
· Good communication skills
· Able to work under stressful situation and meet tight deadline
· Have own transportation preferred
· Positive attitude and willing to learn
