We are searching for a proactive Account cum HR Executive (Mandarin Speaking ) to join our incredible team at Euro-Atlantic Sdn Bhd in Kepong, Kuala Lumpur.

Job Responsibilities :-
 
1.0 Finance and Accounting Tasks

  1. To handle day-to-day cash flow planning and accounting works.
  2. To handle AR & AP accounting entries.
  3. Ensure Inventory items are properly accounted for, and their respective levels reported accordingly on a weekly to monthly basis.
  4. Prepare monthly full set reports such as P&L, BS and notes.
  5. To ensure completeness and accuracy of all accounting entries.
  6. To handle Corporate Taxation and Year-End Audit.
  7. Credit Control Management including receipts and payables and others.
  8. Prepare and review inter-company documents.
  9. Prepare and review stock/inventory reports.
  10. Help to liaise with external parties such as bankers on banking facilities, auditor, tax agent, and company secretary.
  11. Manage administrative records, company related claims, reports and documentation. 
  12. Prepare all necessary reports/ assignments as per requested.
  13. Handle stationeries and related office material purchases, etc

 

2.0 HR Tasks

  1.  Compile Staff attendance records to generate monthly payroll 
  2. Handle Monthly Government Statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB)
  3. Any other duties and responsibilities which may be assigned from time to time.
     

Job Requirements :-

  • Candidate must possess Diploma or Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2-3 years working experience in handling full set of accounts.
  • Good analytical & communication skills, resourceful, and able to work independently.
  • Preferably with good knowledge of Accounting software & Microsoft Office Applications
