Responsibilities for Account:
Produce and review P&L for management analysis.
Process and review all month-end journals.
Prepare timely and accurate statutory accounts for the group.
Ensure compliance with tax requirements and be the liaison with tax authorities.
Devise the best possible approach for maximum tax efficiency.
Responsibilities for Human Resource:
Strategize, plan, and review manpower resources at organizational level to support business and organizational growth.
Review and prepare HR related policies, SOPs, and workflow.
Ensure overall payroll accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency.
Conduct talent acquisition activities, including screening, interviewing, reference check and onboarding.
Prepare attendance, leave, and disciplinary records.
Prepare HR, attendance and leave records.
Prepare and comply with monthly and yearly statutory submission.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Human Resource and Accounting & Finance with LCCI/ACCA qualification or its equivalent.
Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory statements.
Minimum 8 of years of relevant working experience.
Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
Ability to write and reply official letter and memo.
Professional working fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
5 years of HR and Accounting experience and minimum 3 years at managerial level.
Experience in SQL Accounting and SQL Payroll preferred.
Ability to connect and understand people at all position levels.
Up-to-date knowledge of Malaysia Employment Act 1955.
