Description:
- Process monthly payroll timely and accurately by producing the necessary monthly payroll report and reconciliation.
- Responsible in preparing financial reporting/accounting report.
- Maintain high level of confidentiality in performing tasks given.
- Coordinating and overseeing the implementation of new HR policies and procedures, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and guideline for the company and ensure employees are constantly apprised of changes in HR policies and procedures.
- Attend to all disciplinary issues, staff counselling & grievances, terminations and other employee related matters in compliance with labour laws.
- Create and maintain employee files and records in system and paper form.
- Administer compensation and benefits plans I.e employment contracts preparation, insurances enrollment of employees’ benefits.
- Provide support to local employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Coordinate on the talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
- Preparing any related HR letters.
- Assist in the coordination of ad-hoc company functions, team building activities (if any).
