Account Executive 財務專員

 Job Description

• Ensure document completeness before submit for approval.
• Ensure all payments to be arrange within timeline.
• Assist on verify accounting documents such as sales invoice and receipt.
• Maintain proper filing on accounting.
• Answer to suppliers’ query on account discrepancy.
• Prepare bank reconciliation.
• Assist on month-end closing report.
• Liaise with external parties such as banker and secretary.
• Guidance will be provided.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, we will need you to be:

• Encourage fresh graduate apply
• Candidate must possess a Diploma in Accountancy.
• Preferably with at least 3 years relevant working experience.
• Meticulous and attention to details with good interpersonal and pleasant personality.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Autocount accounting system would be an added advantage Microsoft Office & Autocount
• Possess communication skills to interact with people all levels.
• Good command of both spoken and written in Bahasa Cina and English.
• 5 working days per week.
