Penerangan Pekerjaan - Account Executive

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for the preparation of full set of accounts, including general accounting, accountreceivable, account payable,finalization and closingof monthly accounts.
  2. Prepare and maintenance the full complement of statutory books of accounts, financial reports(weekly, monthly, and annually), which will includethe monthly bank reconciliation, debtors, creditors accounts,and management reports.
  3. Assist the FM/AM to liaise with auditors on matters relating to internal controls, company annualaccounts and taxation.
  4. Assist the FM/AM in matters relating to secretarial and relevant government authorities.
  5. Assist the FM/AM in reviewing and enhancing the accounting and control systems.
  6. Liaise with suppliersfor all tax invoices, deliveryorder, payment, statement of account.
  7. Liaise with externalparties, for exampleauditor, tax agent, banker, etc.
  8. Analyzing financial information, revenue, cost, and financial expenses of the company.
  9. Ensuring verification of accounts.
  10. Liaising and working closelywith Operation team for dailyjob function.
  11. Monitoring Management teams' proposed budgets, taxes, etc.
  12. Maintaining journal entries,analyzing, and reconciling general ledger, expenditures, revenue, etc.
  13. Managing the cash flow and reporting the weekly/monthly cash position to the FM/AM and assisting in ensuring optimumdeployment and use of Companyfunds.
  14. Ensures that cash amounts in a company's accounting ledgers agree with bank balances (Bank Reconciliation).
  15. Ensuring payments to be made are properlyauthorized for disbursement.
  16. Highly anomalies/discrepancies with regard to internal controls.
  17. Exercise due diligence at all times and enhance information systems as appropriate.
  18. Ensure that all records are maintained and updatedfor easy reference.
  19. Maintain excellent filling system for speedy retrieval. 
  20. Other ad-hoc tasks given by the Management.

 

Job Requirements: 

  1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
  2. Minimum 2 years’ experience in Management, Accounting, or related field may be preferred
  3. Excellent leadership and communication skills
  4. Strong understanding of accounting, finance,and management principles
  5. Exceptional math skills
  6. Proficiency with computers, especially SQL software and MS Office
  7. High level of efficiency and accuracy
  8. Willingness to comply with all local,state, federal, and company regulations
  9. Attention to detail and ability to analyze large amounts of data.
  10. Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines, including willingness to work on off/rest days if required.
